Hello and thanks for booking with us. This is a list of house rules to ensure you have a great guest experience!

Also, failure to adhere to these house rules could result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

1. Parking - feel free to park in the driveway of the home. Please be sure to remove all valuables from the vehicle as Houston is a large major city. Management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or the contents thereof.

2. Security - Your belongings will be kept safe and secure if you remember to close and lock all doors and windows before leaving the property. Also, please turn off the lights and leave the air conditioner at 74 degrees when you leave the premises.

3. No smoking inside the rental. If you do smoke on the premises please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. No hookah at all.

4. No parties or events. No more than 10 people in the apartment. Please let the owners know if you plan to have a small gathering or multiple people showing up.

5. Please be careful when walking up and down stairs, especially in rainy weather.

6. Pets are allowed with prior approval. Pets must be home trained and clean. Please be sure to look after your pet and their needs. Any damage or extra cleaning associated with pets will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Please let the host know if you break or damage something. For cases when the cost of damage exceeds the security deposit the costs may be billed to guests and reported to Airbnb.

8. Please wash dishes, clear out the fridge, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
